Workshops

  • Art Therapy sessions uses creative expression as a way to explore emotions, experiences, and inner processes. Through guided art-making, this practice supports self-awareness, emotional release, and integration without the need for words. Participants are invited to explore and express emotions through art, integrate feelings held in the body and mind, and gently uncover parts of the self that may remain unseen or unspoken. The process may also open space to explore different states of awareness and consciousness in a grounded and supported way
  • Art & Drawing Circles are shared creative spaces focused on expression, presence, and connection. Participants are invited to explore drawing and art-making as tools for reflection, grounding, and creative flow. These circles may include intuitive art practices, as well as the exploration of sacred geometry and mandalas as pathways to release, decode, and gently work with memory, symbolism, and inner imagery. Integration Workshops
  • Integration Workshops offer supportive practices and tools to help make sense of personal, emotional, or ceremonial experiences. These workshops focus on grounding insights into daily life with clarity, balance, and care.
  • Sacred Arts Workshops invite participants to explore creativity as a meaningful and intentional practice. Art-making is approached as a ritual process, using symbol, intention, and presence.
  • Shadow Work explores the hidden or unacknowledged aspects of the self with awareness and compassion. Through guided reflection, creative practices, and dialogue, this work supports self-acceptance, insight, and inner balance.

These are experiential spaces for learning, reflection, and embodied wisdom. They invite participants to explore creativity, self-awareness, and personal growth through shared experience, gentle guidance, and presence.

Each offering weaves together creative expression, reflection, and community, supporting integration, insight, and meaningful connection.
